Calm REBEL Leadership: How to Create Change Without Losing Yourself
Ever felt like you’re doing your best to lead — yet somehow losing touch with the person you were when you started? You catch yourself nodding along to things you don’t believe in, giving feedback that gets softened to fit the script, or being praised for your “resilience” when really, you’re just surviving.
You’re not broken — the system is.
In this talk Geoff Watts explores what happens when caring, values-driven people get trapped in environments that reward compliance over courage. Calm REBEL Leadership offers an alternative: a grounded, human framework for creating change without burning out or selling out.
Blending real stories with grounded psychology, Geoff introduces the Calm REBEL Arc™ — five practical steps to help you remember who you are, see your system clearly, and lead with quiet, steady courage.
You’ll leave with:
• A renewed sense of integrity and confidence in your leadership.
• Practical ways to stay calm, clear, and connected to your values.
• Hope — that real change can start with one quiet act of rebellion.
If you’ve ever felt torn between who you are and what leadership seems to demand, this is your invitation to lead differently — to create change without losing yourself.
