Was passiert, wenn jemand, der in seinem Leben nie Entwickler war und direkt als PM ins Berufsleben eingestiegen ist, anfängt ernsthaft Software zu bauen? Bei mir: ein wachsender Stack aus Claude Code, Basis-Repos, integrierten Skills, MCP-Servern und Subagenten — und Projekte, die langsam aber sicher Richtung Enterprise-Grade kippen.
In dieser Session zeige ich euch mein aktuelles Setup:

Wie ich mit Claude Code arbeite — inklusive Custom Slash Commands, Berserker/Automode und Subagent-Architektur
Mein `claude-base` Template-Repository als Scaffold für neue Projekte
Wie Skills und MCP-Server bei mir zusammenspielen (vom Skills Repo Gateway bis zu eigenen MCPs)
