​New to yoga? This class is the perfect gentle start! Designed for absolute beginners, we focus on learning the core fundamentals in a supportive, friendly environment.
​We will break down basic postures, practice connecting breath to movement, and learn how to use modifications so you can move safely and comfortably.
​No experience or flexibility is required! Come reduce stress, increase your mobility, and meet others in our group.
​Bring: Your mat and comfortable clothes.
