Join us this August Bank Holiday for a refreshing three-night mini retreat in the heart of Liverpool — a weekend designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and remember what joy feels like.
This is a retreat for anyone craving more happiness, deeper connection, and a little breathing space from the busyness of everyday life.

- The importance of connection and belonging
- Letting go of what drains us
- Rediscovering what makes you feel most alive
