What we’re about
Our main goal/ mission is to explore as many wonderful hikes/ snowshoe trails, snowboarding, skiing, hut trips, camping, backpacking, spelunking, canyoneering, etc.,as well as general socializing, restaurants/pubs/taverns as possible in a safe and responsible manner, so that members can get a greater sense of all that Colorado has to offer and enjoy. Some of these we have experienced before, but many will be new to us as well.
Come join us!

See all- Connect Meaningfully and Hike MindfullyBear Canyon Trailhead, Boulder, CO 80305, Boulder, CO
Let's get together for a mindful hike in South Boulder. We’ll:
- Get to know each other more deeply, skip the small talk
- Enjoy nature more fully, using all our senses
- Take mindfulness authentically into real life
Beth will share about the process of mindful walking, and we'll learn a little about each other. We'll do some silent guided practices while walking. Then we'll take breaks for meaningful conversations. We'll switch partners throughout, so we meet a variety of people. We’ll get to know ourselves and each other better, while savoring nature.
Time in nature can bring reduced stress, a better memory, stronger immunity, and more ethical behavior!
This is a slow sensory walk, not an exercise hike. There is a moderate uphill grade, as we hike by a creek, in mixed sun and shade, up to the Mesa Trail. If there’s enough time, we may get to Bear Canyon Trail. Wear hiking shoes that are closed toed and which can get a little dirty if it's damp, and sunscreen. Bring a snack for mindful eating, & ample water.
Donations of $10-20 are recommended; no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Venmo: @Beth-Eldridge-0125
