What we’re about
Rocky Mountain Cycling Club is a Colorado community of cyclists who share a love for adventurous, challenging rides. We offer a year-round series of club rides and events and support each other as we pursue our cycling goals. RMCC formed in the fall of 1993.

See all- RMCC Golden Fall Road RideBeverly Heights Park, Golden, CO
It's fall in Colorado which means that there is still plenty of great riding to be done! We are having weekly climbing rides out of various locations until snow and cold puts a stop to it! This ride will start out of Beverly Heights Park at the base of Lookout at 8:45 for a 9:00 departure.
This route takes in a bunch of scenic areas, including Lookout, Soda Creek, Old Squaw, Upper Bear Creek, and Kerr Gulch. We should start seeing some good aspen color on this ride!
The full route is 61 miles with 7200 feet of climbing. If you're looking for something a bit shorter, you can cut off the side trip to Mother Cabrini Shine at the end to subtract about 8 miles and 1000 feet of vertical.

Our formal regroup point will be at the Sinclar in Evergreen at mile 34. We will informally regroup at other points along the way, but like all RMCC rides, this should still be considered a drop ride.
If you think you want to do the ride, please RSVP so you are notified of any changes that we may have to make due to weather.
Non-dues paying members are invited to join us on the rides--once you've done 3 rides with the club we do ask that you join: https://rockymountaincyclingclub.com/
- RMCC North Boulder Fall Road RideHygiene Elementary School, Longmont, CO
It's fall in Colorado which means that there is still plenty of great riding to be done! We are having weekly climbing [usually] rides out of various locations until snow and cold puts a stop to it! This ride will meet at Hygiene Elementary School at 8:45 for a 9:00 departure.
These rides will generally be in the range of 40-60 miles--longer if it's warm; shorter if it's chilly. Expect some good climbing, some roads you haven't ridden before, maybe an occasional stretch of gravel road, and a guarantee of great people. Like all RMCC rides, we do regroup periodically but these should be considered drop rides.
That actual route will be posted the week of the ride once we have a sense of what weather and road conditions will be like. Weather may lead to a start time change, the ride being moved to Sunday, or cancellation--if you think you want to do the ride, please RSVP so you are notified of any changes.
