In a world that can be filled of stress, I created this group to help bring peace, healing and happiness. It's a group for anyone interested self-empowerment, spirituality, creativity, healing, etc.

## Practical Magick: Power Recall
### Create a mini moon wreath to celebrate the harvest season, and enjoy a salt & sound healing meditation for power recall.
### First we will meet in The Sacred Cocoon to create a wreath and infuse it with intention and magick. Materials will be provided, but feel free to bring anything you might like to add.
### Then we will move to the salt cave for a combination of salt therapy, sound healing, and a guided meditation to call your power back and remember who you are.
### Please note that white (or no) socks are required for the Salt Cave. Feel free to bring a blanket and water for your comfort. Gravity chairs are provided for the Salt Cave.
