    Carolina Charrie leads strategic business development for the Energy & Utilities practice at Quanam. An MBA/MSF and Chemical Engineer with over 15 years of leadership experience in the energy sector, she works closely with executive, business, and technical teams to design and deliver data, analytics, and AI initiatives that enhance operational performance, financial efficiency, and decision-making.
    Carolina will present Quanam’s Data Governance Subway Toolkit—a practical, scalable framework developed by DAMA practitioners and grounded in applied governance experience. She will discuss how organizations can bring clear direction to enterprise-wide data governance efforts, strengthen alignment with business priorities, and build sustainable governance capabilities over time.
    Ariel Seidner is a senior associate at Duane Morris, where she focuses on intellectual property, technology transactions, and complex commercial agreements. She advises organizations on structuring and implementing technology-driven initiatives, with particular expertise in software licensing, cloud-based solutions, and data governance considerations within highly regulated industries.
    Andy Cruz is a Director of Data Engineering at Penn Medicine – University of Pennsylvania with over 20 years of experience in information technology. His work has focused on managing data systems, supporting cloud adoption, and improving operational efficiency within enterprise environments in the healthcare and insurance industry.
    Andy will explore practical approaches to managing and securing data in the cloud. The presentation will cover key considerations for migration, storage, and governance, as well as strategies for ensuring performance, l compliance and cost efficiencies in cloud environments.
