The service was not good last time at BJ's. I suspect BJ's rarely gets such a single large group for happy hour. I hope those of us who can, will help by showing up a bit early. I will ask the manager to have the server(s) show up more frequently and start taking orders at 5:15 so that the server, kitchen, and bar are not overwhelmed by one big group of 13 orders at once. Please let me know if you have any any other ideas for improvement.
