Join us for a 90 minute Healing Circle, a nurturing space for self-reflection, connection, and renewal.

This session includes the soothing vibrations of sound bowls to promote relaxation and balance, and optional journaling to help you process and set intentions.

Please bring your own journal, a cozy blanket or cushion for comfort, and an open heart. Bring your own yoga mat alternatively a mat or chair can be provided for you.

Whether you seek clarity, peace, or simply a moment to recharge, this circle is designed to support your journey within. All levels of experience are welcome.
