Inner Engineering Total is a 4-day in-person program that imparts tools to take charge of your body, mind, and emotions and enhance the fundamental life energy within. This 4-day program includes the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a powerful and purifying energy technique.

Inner Engineering In-Person is offered as a 4-day in-person program from Jan 29 - Feb 01, 2026 at UCSD, LaJolla, San Diego.
USD 375 USD Early Bird Price 330 (Expires on December 30th 2025)
Additionally, a free introductory talk will be offered on Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm (RSVP)
This session is open to all - feel free to bring your friends, family or anyone who may want to come with you. The program will resume after a short break, during which attendees will still have an opportunity to register.
