Throughout June, Evansburg will be hosting a BioBlitz project on iNaturalist. For those new to the app, join us for one of this walk, and learn the importance of citizen science.
Please have the iNaturalist app downloaded to your phone before event. This is an hour long hike, which will go over a mile, so wear hiking shoes.

Want to know how to fish like a pro? Then learn how down on the old Wissahickon. Come and get the know-how on casting, reeling, and landing a fish.
Catch and release event only. Fishing poles, tackle, and bait provided. For K-5 grade; registration spots for children only. Parent or legal guardian required. License not required for those 15 years or younger.

Join park naturalist Rob Bergstresser on a 3.0 to 3.5-mile hike along the Trinity Gorge Trail (west section), which meanders through beautiful forested canopy areas and open farmlands. Bring water, a snack, bug spray, sunscreen, and be sure to wear comfortable walking or hiking shoes. Rain will cancel the hike.
We will be meeting at the Trinity Gorge Trailhead (west) parking lot off of Evergreen Drive (accessed via Route 209). The general GPS address for the entrance road off of Evergreen Drive is 300 Evergreen Drive, Lehighton, PA 18235.Please make sure the GPS system you use takes you to the Evergreen Drive off of Route 209, on the south side of the lake, as there is also another Evergreen Drive on the west side of Lehighton! Please note that the entrance gate is unmarked. There is a yellow gate at the entrance road to the trailhead.
