About us
Hey you wine lovers! This is a group for novice wine explore to the knowledgeable wine consumer to have the opportunity to taste and experience new wines. We will offer several different venues for wine exploration. On a weekly basis you will have the opportunity to preview wines that are presented by our staff and, from time to time, our vendors. You will also have opportunity to join wine paring dinners with local restaurants. Lastly, you will be invited to wine classes. These classes will generally have a food pairing component, wine education, and plenty of good conversation.

Funny Man and beloved City Vino wine rep, Jon Yeager is coming to City Vino to share jokes and wine. He is bringing with him comics that have played at DC Improv and have appeared on TV. Can't name drop, you just must come see who it is. Included are four comics paired with four wines and a light snack. By the glass, bottles sales, and other food menu items for purchase.

The holidays are coming, Fredericksburg! Make a day of it downtown, and make City Vino one of your stops. Spend the day hunting for great deals, discovering local shops, and soaking up the magic of the season during Fredericksburg’s Holiday Open House. Stop by City Vino for a glass of mulled wine or a cup of spiced apple cider to get you in the holiday spirit. As evening approaches, head across the street to the park for the holiday tree lighting. Then come back to City Vino, warm up, settle in, and enjoy the sounds of the season with live music by Alejandro & Caroline. A little holiday shopping, something warm in your cup, a sparkling tree, and live music to finish the evening. Sounds like a pretty good way to kick off the season to us. Shop downtown. Sip something seasonal. Celebrate the season. Then stay awhile.
