We spend so much of our lives wanting things from other people—to feel seen, chosen, understood, appreciated, desired, supported, or loved.

But underneath the things we ask for, reach for, fight for, or quietly wish someone would give us, there is often something deeper.
What are we actually longing for?

Together we’ll explore:

• What we’re really asking for when we ask to be seen
• Why it can feel so vulnerable to admit what we truly want
• The difference between our deeper longings and the strategies we use to get them met
• How we sometimes hide our own needs by focusing on, helping, or caring for others
• What becomes possible when we let another person know what’s really happening inside us
