Welcome to 757 Crew Soul Line Dancing! 💜🎶

This group is for anyone interested in Soul Line Dance classes, events, and activities throughout the 757/Hampton Roads area. Whether you're brand new to line dancing or you've been dancing for years, ALL are welcome!

New to Soul Line Dancing?

Come ready to learn, have fun, and most importantly, be patient with yourself.

Line dancing is a process, and everyone learns at a different pace.
Classes are ongoing, so not every dance will be taught during class. There are also many popular "club" line dances that may not be taught regularly.

There are TONS of dances in the soul line dance community, so don't feel like you have to know them all. Just keep showing up, learning, and dancing!

Choose the Right Class Level

Please pay close attention to the class level before attending.

Beginner classes are designed for newer dancers and typically allow more time for instruction, terminology, repetition, and practice.

Intermediate/Advanced classes move at a much faster pace and may include more intricate choreography, quicker instruction, and less review. If you're new to line dancing, these classes can sometimes feel overwhelming.

We're all here to support you, but learning the terminology, steps, rhythm, and dances takes time. Give yourself permission to learn at your own pace.

Always Check Before Attending

Please contact the instructor before attending a class for the first time.

Many classes listed in this group are scheduled on a recurring basis, but schedules, locations, and class availability can change. Classes may occasionally be canceled or rescheduled.

Always confirm the class details with the listed instructor before heading out. Nobody wants to get dressed, drive across Hampton Roads, and discover the class was canceled. 😩

Leave the Competition at the Door
This community is about FUN, fellowship, movement, music, and enjoying Soul Line Dancing together.
There is no competition here. Support one another, encourage new dancers, respect the instructors, and enjoy the journey.
