Life starts at 40! Our group is for those socialites, who would like to go out and network/make friends. We organize different events and activities, to facilitate that.

After hosting successful events, I always think that we could have done better and relate it to our day to day life and make it educational. In this connection, I wanted to show off my investment and trade hat and organize series of Happy Hours around Investment & Trade.

We will have speakers from different sectors and industries, at each Happy Hour. At this particular event, the speakers will discuss retirement savings with an overview of annuities and how they can be used in retirement.

Topics will include:

Today’s retirement savings challenges and approaches

Sources of income in retirement

Annuities and how they can be utilized for retirement savings and income

Grab your friends and get ready to be the star of the show. The whole band will be your background.

You don't necessarily do singing. You just come to enjoy the party and get your weekend to a good start. With the right party.

Celebrate your birthdays or your moments in life (anniversary/promotion/graduation/bachelorette/Proposal.....) with us. Sing it to that special someone, on your proposal or engagement!

Groups are highly encouraged to get a table/bottle service. It would be much less expensive than spending individually.

Also it is a perfect date night for couples, as the entire band plays before you.

It is that time of the year!

We will be celebrating Fall by it's signature activity - picking our own pumpkin and carving it. It is exciting! On top of that we will get an opportunity to visit this historic farm.

Our tour includes :

· A guided wagon ride to provide historical information about the farm.

· Picking pumpkins will be provided as part of the tour package. (NOTE: Carving kits can be purchased in their Market (if you have one, feel free to bring it)

About :

· Visits do continue in inclement weather – please dress accordingly.

· "Bee” aware! Bees are a common sight on the farm. Please let us know, if anyone in our group is allergic to bee stings.

Refund & Ticket Resell

All sales are final. We only refund the full amount, if the event is canceled. If it is rescheduled, we will send an email to those who RSVPed 'YES' advising that. A full refund will be given to those that let us know within 2 calendar days of the update email, if you are unable to make it on the new date. No refunds will be given after that time.

However, you can sell your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please, feel free to post in the comment box for the event, that you have a ticket for sale. ABOUT THE EVENT

DC International Cultural Fashion Show, which will take place at the iconic Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott; will highlight high couture fashion designers from around the world to promote international cultural awareness in the DC community. Designers from Indonesia, Bolivia, Ghana, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Russia, and Uzbekistan will be presenting their collections. We have a diverse group of cultures and communities coming together. These passionate designers are sharing their culture stories weaved in the fabrics for all to see during the runway show. Experience the breathtaking fashion from the designers. Guests will fill the night with a selection of delightful hors-d’oeuvres, open bar, music, art and entertainment while sipping and mingling with some of the most influential VIPs and socialites from the DC area and around the world.

It has nine amazingly talented designers from eight countries bringing beautiful style, color, and culture to the runway. This event will be packed with performances, music, dancing and of course delightful hors-d'oeuvres and drink (open bar for VIP ticket holders and two drink tickets for general!).

Guests to be immersed in the many wonderful facets of the cultures represented. Get your VIP tickets for reserved seating next to the runway and share the experience with other VIP's and socialites around the Open Bar in the VIP section. General ticket holders start the night right with two drink tickets and socialize in the elegant State Ballroom.
