About us
Welcome to 3sticks 2spirit Shamanic Journey Group — a grounded, mystical community for seekers, sensitives, energy workers, and the beautifully curious.
We gather for shamanic journeying and drum trance to strengthen intuition, connect with Spirit Allies/Guides, and remember what modern life makes easy to forget: your inner knowing is real, and it knows the way.
This work is ancient — not as a trend, but as a return. A remembering. A doorway into deeper self-understanding, clearer choices, and a life that feels more aligned, alive, and true.
No spiritual performance. No pressure to “get it right.” Just a welcoming, trauma-informed space to experience something rare: the quiet, the rhythm, and the kind of magic you can actually feel.
Step out of the noise and into the medicine. Join the group, RSVP for an upcoming gathering, and come see why people return again and again.
